CBSE Capacity Building Programme (CBP) on “Promoting Mental Health and Well-Being Among Students”

On 25th April, Rich Harvest School organized a CBSE Capacity Building Programme (CBP) on “Promoting Mental Health and Well-Being Among Students” exclusively for its teaching staff. The session aimed to equip educators with the knowledge and skills needed to recognize emotional and behavioural concerns among students and to foster a positive, supportive and inclusive learning environment. Through interactive activities, discussions and practical strategies, teachers explored ways to promote resilience, emotional well-being and healthy student-teacher relationships. The programme underscored the school's commitment to holistic education and empowered its staff to play a proactive role in nurturing the mental health and overall development of every learner.
