Admissions

Rich Harvest School welcome students to an enriching and joyful learning. The admission procedure is completely transparent and has been designed to ensure a suitable fit between what the parents and children from the school, and what the school in turn can offer to them.

Age Eligibility (at the time of entrance)

Admission will be granted to candidates only when they fulfill the age criteria mentioned below:

Admission Process

Pre-Primary : Parents applying for Nursery, KG1, KG2 will be required to fill out an application form. There will be no formal tests or interviews conducted. Instead the child will be observed in a group setting to assess his/ her ability to interact in a school environment

Grade 1 onwards: A simple, yet comprehensive three stages admission process will be used:

  • Initial screening on the basis of an application.
  • Aptitude test to determine the childs proficiency across different subject areas.
  • Interaction with child and parent to assess the childs ability and eagerness to gain from the RHS experience. Successful applications will be required to carry certain other formalities to complete the admission process.

Admission Rules

The documents mentioned below are required to be furnished at the time of admission in March of the following year:

  • Admission with photographs of parents, guardians and those permitted by the parents to visit the child and take him/her out of the school campus. If the parents desire that none other than those whose photographs are pasted on the admission form be permitted to meet their child then a special endorsement must be made on the admission form by the parent/guardian and counter signed by the principal.
  • A school leaving certificate duly counter signed by the authorized signatory.
  • A date of birth certificate.
  • A physical fitness certificate from physician.

Parents and their wards

  • Every care is taken by the school authorities to ensure the safety of its pupils/ students yet the parent/ guardian and the wards shall be fully responsible for their good conduct both in the school and outside the school. The school authorities shall not be responsible for any kind of mishap/untoward incident, which ultimately happen despite due diligence and bonafide care being taken or without the knowledge of the school authorities.
  • Both the parent/ guardian and their wards shall be responsible to strictly abide by the rules and regulations as well as discipline/ decorum of the school and any kind of breach or violation to the said provisions will render the violator/ defaulter to pay fine or even rustication from the school.
  • The parent/ guardian shall sign a declaration too this effect at the time of admission as a token of acceptance of this Code of conduct/ Rules & Regulations. However, this code of conduct shall be automatically applicable to every student, parent/ guardian even in those cases where the parents / guardian have not signed this declaration but have obtained admission of the ward in the school.
